This product is a ponzu citrus vinegar soy sauce made with carefully selected ingredients, including Rishiri kombu and natural citrus juices from Tokushima such as sudachi, yuko and yuzu. It offers a rich, full-bodied dashi flavour balanced with a refreshing citrus aroma. The taste is deep yet well-rounded, enhancing the natural flavour of ingredients. Suitable as a dipping or seasoning sauce for hot pot, grilled dishes, gyoza and cold appetisers.
