Yamagata Prefecture, Japan has beautiful forests and wonderful water sources, four distinct seasons, and the excellent traditional planting techniques, giving birth to this famous Tsuyahime Yamagata Rice. It is an excellent rice with large grain size, bright white colour, sweet flavour and moderate viscosity.
