Biscocho is a castella-flavored rusk. During the production of castella, the edges of the cake are cut off and then placed in a special castella oven to baked again.

"Bizcocho" means baked twice. The cake is very crispy after re-baked and the granules of sugar at the bottom can be kept.

*This item has a shelf life of at least 25 days from the date of pick up.
