Since 1977, Grgich Hills Estate has carried the legacy of founder Miljenko “Mike” Grgich, famously crowned "The King of Chardonnay" after crafting the winning wine at the 1976 Paris Tasting.True to that heritage, this Chardonnay is fermented without malolactic conversion, preserving its natural, vibrant acidity. Aged for 10 months in a mix of French oak barrels (40% new, 60% neutral) and large foudres.
