The tofu is made by Japanese artisan's superb craftsmanship every day in Hong Kong, and only using the high-quality soybeans. The tofu is cut into small cubes and then deep-fried, both the flavour and the aroma has been enhanced, also creating the crispy outside, soft and smooth inside. Ideal for simmering, putting in soup, making oden, or serving with shredded ginger, diced spring onion, mashed radish, and soy sauce to enjoy.
