Henri Bourgeois Sancerre Blanc is a classic expression of Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley, blended with 65% of clay soil and 35% of limestone soil providing body and freshness, and the mineral backbone respectively. Bright, crystalline yellow with straw-colored reflections. A vibrant mix of citrus and white fruits with tropical undertones and a sharp mineral edge. Medium-bodied wine, balanced, crisp acidity with a velvety texture and savory depth gained from short-term ageing on lees.
