Origin: Kumamoto Prefecture

 

A blend of four vegetables from Kyushu’s Kumamoto Prefecture: onion, cabbage, komatsuna, and Chinese cabbage. With a crisp texture from the komatsuna and Chinese cabbage, this product is made with no added salt, additives, or glucose, so even the soaking liquid can be used. Simply add directly to miso soup or ramen from the start of cooking, or rehydrate and enjoy in salads or side dishes. The natural vegetable broth makes miso soup flavourful even without dashi.
