This product is a citrus vinegar sauce for shabu-shabu by Imahan, a long-established Japanese brand known for its high-quality beef dishes. Made with whole soybean soy sauce, it delivers a deep, umami-rich flavour with a well-rounded taste. A balanced blend of citrus juices such as lemon, sudachi, daidai and yuzu adds a refreshing note, making it ideal for meat. Enhanced with bonito and kombu dashi, the sauce is mellow and less sharp, and remains full-flavoured even in hot pot.
