This sukiyaki warishita is made with brewed dark soy sauce blended with a rich first dashi extracted from thick-cut bonito flakes. It delivers a clean yet umami-rich flavour with a mellow sweetness. Suitable for sukiyaki, as well as for simmered dishes and rice bowls.
