LOSSIE Seafoods, a specialist in traditionally smoked fish established in 1913, the spirits of those traditions have been passed down over the decades, and it was bought by Associated Seafoods in 2010. Its quality smoked salmon still being produced under the brand called “The Pride of Scotland”, using its time-honoured techniques.
