Born in the province of Trapani in Sicily, the Green Castelvetrano Olives have a rounded shape and firm pulp, are characterized by a sweet taste and a light sapidity. Soaking in brine, these olives are perfect to be enjoyed alone as a snack, used in green salads, to flavour the fish, white meat dishes, or used in the typical Sicilian dishes.
