The pigs used were raised in Yamagata Prefecture, Japan, where has an excellent natural environment. Seasoned the Yamagata pork with Japanese soy sauce, then aged and air-dried to create this wonderful Pork Jerky. It is rich, chewy and delicious, a great partner of wines!
