The family-run business creates pasta with an extraordinary and unmistakable flavour. Drawing on 150 years of experience, no preservatives or colours are used in the production of their creative flavoured pasta, everything is natural. The dough is made from the highest quality durum wheat semolina and rolled by hand for 36 hours at a low temperature. This Tuscan long thin shaped pasta flavoured with tomato, is a great choice for catching thick sauces.
