Fermented and matured in French oak for approximately 18 months (roughly half new oak), the wine benefits from time in barrel to meld fruit and savory oak spice. Sources fruit from standout sites across Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo and down to Edna Valley. The fruit is farmed with meticulous attention by long-time grower partners — the very “neighbors” who inspire the project.
