Origin: Nagasaki pref.
Noodle type: Udon
Boiling time: 7 min.
Specific ingredient: Domestic wheat flour, Nagasaki salt, camellia oil

Description:
Made using carefully selected domestic wheat flour and 100% Nagasaki-produced salt and camellia oil, this udon is officially recognised as Honba no Honmono (“Authentic Local Specialty”). Despite its round and slender shape, the noodles offer a pleasantly firm chew and a smooth, glossy finish.
Crafted with traditional Goto tenobe techniques and region-specific ingredients, this udon delivers a truly authentic flavour that reflects the long-standing food culture of Goto.

Cooking tip:
Add the noodles to 2L of boiling water per pack, loosening gently to prevent sticking. Once it returns to a boil, adjust the heat to avoid overflow and cook for about 7 minutes. Drain immediately, rinse thoroughly under running cold water, and serve.
