• After 3 years of breeding , oyster will be selected by size and pick bigger ones
• The flesh is meaty with sweet taste without losing the flavor of the ‘’Bay of the Mont Saint Michel’’

 

• Keep in refrigerator immediately after receiving and consume within the same day.
• Gently wash and brush the surface of oyster before opening.
• After opening, consume within 2 hours.
