This sukiyaki sauce is supervised by chef Shintaro Ezaki and made with high-purity monk fruit sweetener to achieve a lighter sweetness. It offers a refined flavour with a clean finish, enhanced by a touch of apple vinegar. Suitable for sukiyaki, as well as for simmered dishes such as fish and nikujaga.
