This product is a yuzu ponzu made with yuzu from Ibaraki. It features a fresh, aromatic citrus note paired with traditionally brewed raw soy sauce matured in wooden barrels. The flavour is elegant and slightly fruity, reminiscent of muscat, with a well-balanced taste. Suitable as a dressing or dipping sauce for salads, vegetables, hot pot, tofu, grilled meat, grilled fish and gyoza.
