The honey produced by the brand is cold extracted and coarse filtered, allowing all the pollen, flavours and aromas to be retained, resulting in pure raw Tasmanian Honey, just as the bees made it. This one is no exception! Sourced from green fertile pastures of the meander Valley in northern Tasmania, this traditional honey is light in colour with mild citrus and vanilla flavours, perfect straight from the jar with a spoon, drizzled over hot porridge or over muffin.
