This instant miso soup is made with Hikari Miso’s long-selling “Enjuku Koji Miso,” known for its rich aroma and the natural umami of koji. It offers a well-balanced flavour with reduced salt, while maintaining depth and fragrance. The set includes four varieties: long onion, wakame, komatsuna, and tofu. Suitable as a side dish for meals.

Add the contents to a bowl, pour in about 160 mL of hot water, and stir well before serving.
